Nori tries his best to look casual thus he is often seen in a white collared t-shirt and long jeans. For winter wear he just wears a black hooded jacket over a set of dark blue long sleeves while maintaining the jeans.

Overall Personality:
Nori Akira is a boy simply trying to live a normal life. He doesn't really shoot for anything exciting in life or seek to do anything incredible or change the world. He just simply takes his time with things and tries his best to enjoy the moment and the life he is in right now. He wants to take in the scenery of normality around him and appreciate it, not wanting any complications in his life.
Nori absolutely wants no further complications in his life other than finishing his education, getting a job, and paying the bills. If a complication does come up however, he will wash his hands of it...no matter what it takes. Nori will not be the type to help someone when they are in trouble. Sure if they're in danger Nori will tell them to run or get to safety but that is the only assistance he will give. He will not hesitate to abandon someone and high tail it when trouble starts to arise.
Despite, Nori's ability to be sociable, he is very pessimistic. He believes that trying to be a good person or thinking positive is just a waste of time. Most of all he believes that one shouldn't even think about risking their lives. It's in his opinion foolish and there is too high a chance of dying and you are given one life, why waste it?

History:
Nori was born as the younger of two sons to the Akira family. A simple Japanese family living in a simple country side. His father was a doctor and his mother was a simple house wife. Everything was stable at the time. Nori and his brother looked up to his father in how his talents have helped make lives better and saved them. Back then it was simple for Nori to think that he can grow up one day and help others. But that was a dream to Nori, and that dream was something he had to wake up from.
His father eventually treated someone with a bullet wound. It wasn't such a big deal until they found out that someone is from a gang or something, to this day Nori still doesn't know the details. A week later, his father was shot and killed by the same person who he treated the bullet wound. Nori was only eleven when it happened. It confused him. Why would someone even think of killing a person that helped them in the past? It confused him. And what happened with his older brother only served to further confuse him.
His older brother eventually tried helped an injured person at a construction site. However the construction site fell apart. The injured person survived. His brother didn't. His mother was in complete despair. Since then, Nori stopped believing anything will good will come of trying to help someone or put your life out on the line for something. Death causes nothing but grieving, and he can't live a day without someone bothering him about the deaths of his father and brother.
Eventually Nori suggested to his mother that they move to Inaba, where his grandmother lived. His mother took the suggestion and they eventually moved over there, tried to start over and move onward. Nori declared that he will continue on life, living without complication, living without risk. Hopefully then life won't be filled with sorrow. He moved to Inaba at age 17 and recently started his second year at Gekkoukan High school.
