Personality:
Yuuga is one of the nicest people anyone could now. He is friendly and completely selfless. He is always willing to help anyone and can never say no when someone requests help. Yuuga seems to almost never have any ill feelings towards anyone unless they pose any threat to the people he cares about, mostly his sister. He’s never had any real relationships with girls other than his sister so he isn’t too big on flirting, making him almost completely oblivious to girls flirting or any other types of those feelings. Yuuga’s biggest drawback is his complete disregard for his own well being. Although he cares for everyone around him, the one person he doesn’t care about is himself, he also does not let anyone help him, even his younger sister. This combined with his selflessness leads to many self-destructive actions that often hinders himself, but benefits others, sometimes making him easily manipulated.

History:
Yuuga was born into an upper middle class family who were able to take good care of him. He doesn’t know much before his sister Shiraha was born two years after him. Unfortunately their mother didn’t live long after Shiraha’s birth, so the only one left for them was their father. They lived together for 3 years before another incident occurred. Someone had broken into their house in the middle of the night in an attempt to rob them. After he had been caught, he was quick to threaten the children, who woke up to find their lives in danger. Their father, in an act of heroism, confronted the burglar head on. He was able to fend them off, but he sustained many injuries. He was rushed to a hospital, but there wasn’t much they could do and he soon died. This event had a deep impact on Yuuga and he decided to live a life where he could protect and serve others like his father did, being mainly a guardian to Shiraha. After their father’s death they were placed in an orphanage.
Yuuga and Shiraha spent the rest of their lives in the orphanage. As far as Yuuga was concerned, the orphanage was the beginning of his life. It seemed Shiraha was too young to remember anything before the orphanage, but Yuuga often kept it in the dark the small number of times the topic of parents was brought up. Yuuga and Shiraha made some friends in the orphanage, but they were always each other’s best friend and stood by each other. Yuuga was always very protective of Shira and never wanted her to get hurt, often going to great lengths to prevent any harm to come to her. Along with his protective sibling nature, he also enjoyed to help everyone else who needed help, which often made him very well like among the kids. The kids learned to rely on Yuuga because of his willingness to help, but the one who always relied on him the most was his younger sister.
At around the time Yuuga was 12, he had been known as the kindest and most giving kid around. Another thing that people often noticed however was the fact that he passed up any offered help. Although a lot of other kids wanted to help him in return for his help, he never accepted anyone else’s help. In fact sometimes he thought it was frustrating that people insisted upon giving, the only person he could trust to not do so was his sister who gladly accepted his help and knew she didn’t have to give much, he loved her unconditionally. It was one day that Shira and Yuuga were out, Shira had carelessly walked into the street not noticing an incoming car. Yuuga panicked when he saw the car headed for Shiraha and rushed in. Thinking only of his sister and not caring at all for his well being, he jumped and held his sister, shielding her from the impact. Luckily she had taken no damage, but Yuuga himself sustained some injury. He was happy that he was able to keep Shiraha from harm. Yuuga kept his habit of not taking help even in injury, but still Shiraha took it upon herself to help him in his time of need, which he couldn’t do much about either way. After a few months of healing and Shiraha tending to him he fully recovered and was back to the way he used to be. However after the incident he began to feel a little less important. It’d seem that since the accident, Shira didn’t want to take much help from him, which made him feel bad.
Four years after that, a married couple had offered to adopt Yuuga and Shiraha. Yuuga’s immediate reaction was to decline the offer. He had done fine in the orphanage so far and knew that he didn’t need any help from a family now to keep himself and his sister safe. However he began to think into it deeply. Shiraha couldn’t live like that any longer and being adopted would be a great change for her. Although he himself didn’t want to go, he could never let go of Shira, she was everything to him. They were adopted into the family where Yuuga began to go to Gekkoukan high school as a late start. Currently Yuuga is in his second year at Gekkoukan and now lives with Shiraha and their adoptive family.
