Generally, Taiyou can be seen in clothing that is easy to move in and comfortable, things like t-shirts and jeans. Don't let her casual dress mislead you though - she doesn't often dress up per se, but she wouldn't let herself be seen in something she thinks of as unflattering.

Occasionally wears a pair of thin rimmed reading glasses, though she dislikes being seen in them.

- Kind. She hates to see others upset or in need so she goes out of her way to help.
- Generous. Though she has little of physical value to share, she is very free with everything else she can give, be it time, advice, or affection.
- Non-judgmental. No matter what they do, Taiyou rarely judges the actual person by their actions. Troublesome or foolish people are only misguided.
- Friendly. Taiyou has always been a people person, happy to strike up a conversation with anyone she meets.
- Active. Whenever she has a moment of free time, Taiyou spends it out and trying something new.
- Playful. She's always up for doing something fun and tries not to take life too seriously.
- Optimistic. It's not easy to get her down, there is always a bright side to every situation.

- Scatterbrained. Taiyou jumps from idea to idea as soon as they pop into her head and she frequently forgets about the things she'd been working on before her attention shifted.
- Somewhat hypocritical. Taiyou doesn't always practice what she preaches; in example, she's lectured Yasuo about focusing on his work while she juggles dinner, dishes, and the phone.
- Patronizing. Her tendency to mother people, even other adults, can be very irritating and condescending.
- Nosy. She makes other people's business her own, especially when she sees a problem that needs to be solved.
- A gossip hound. The woman loves to hear about what other people are up to and loves to talk about them even more. She often blabs things that may put something or someone in a negative light, even though she may not have any ill-will toward the person.
- Pushy. See nosy and stubborn; when she sees someone with a problem (or what she thinks is a problem), she forces herself in and insists upon fixing it her way.
- Lacks tact. Generally, Taiyou softens her words to avoid offense but sometimes she'll let thoughts slip that would be better kept to herself.
- Stubborn. There is a set of beliefs Taiyou holds about world as a whole. There is a certain way of things and how should be done and she'll stick to them adamantly.

Taiyou is a very cheerful, warm woman who tends to treat everyone like they're one of her children, no matter how long she's known them or how old they are. People she has only just met are immediately subject to her friendly and affectionate nature, getting showered with advice or encouragement, whether they want it or not. Naturally, this treatment can be smothering to say the least and it only gets worse when she gets closer to the person. Her son gets the worst of it. Ever since his accident, she's latched onto him like a vice, only holding onto him tighter whenever he attempts to push her away.

It's all done with good intentions, however - Taiyou hates seeing people upset or in pain so she does her best to help with problems or preempt things she sees as troublesome.

Roman goddess of agriculture, Ceres is responsible for grain, the fertility of the earth and motherly relationships. She is a nurturing goddess but her wrath can be terrible - when her daughter, Prosperina was stolen away to the underworld, she ceased the growth of plants and caused deserts to spring from her footsteps until her daughter was returned to her. She has a son as well; Liber, god of wine and freedom.

I really should play a canon guy or something... too many OCs and too many ladies...

I listened to an unreasonable amount of Orange Pekoe's Organic Plastic Music while writing this profile, something about the atmosphere their music has basically made them Taiyou the Soundtrack to me. Their song, Taiyou no Kakera was the original inspiration for Taiyou, as her name would suggest. Her profile lyrics come from the song Love Life. Not-entirely-coincidentally, I imagine Tai's singing voice during her lessons being similar to the band's lead singer, though maybe a bit lower.
