Personality:
Schroedinger is a devout Pantheist, having reached true enlightenment in his previous life. Thus, he lives under the belief that all people, organisms, Gods, and inanimate objects are together, synonymous, and one in the same. However, he tends to take a passive approach to enlighten others--if the person in question does not reach this state himself, he never will.
It is Schroedinger’s one goal to help bring people to enlightenment. This cat form of his is his own Nirvana, and he only wishes to bring others to it, as well.
Because of this generally blissful state, Schroedinger is very easy-going. Even though if often appears as if he is thoughtless or apathetic, he is generally deep in thought. He is very loving of humanity, and trusts most of everyone (mostly because there isn’t much anyone could do to him, anyway).
Timeline:
From the DDS world, before leading Seraph to enlightenment. The human soul before him has reached enlightenment, and has now lived as a cat for the past seven years.
History:

All that is known, and all that Schroedinger cares to remember of his previous life is that he achieved Enlightenment, the realization that the world and every possible thing within it is connected and one in the same. As what generally follows, he reached the promised Nirvana, the world of ultimate peace and happiness, breaking the cyclical process of Samsaran reincarnation. Instead, he has taken the form of a cat whose sole purpose is to guide others to the wonderful life he has experienced.
It is likely that he reached Enlightenment in the same way as the hermaphroditic Seraph--speaking to the God, Brahma, himself, which may have entailed a similar fight with the all-powerful God to prove himself, as well.
An unknown time after becoming a cat, Schroedinger found his way to the Embryon tribe, making it his personal mission to bring Serph to his own fate.
