Personality:
Theodore is usually a very upright and dutiful soul, performing his duties with diligence and skill. However, he possesses a curiosity almost as vast as his reservoirs of power, though he is usually keen to resist any such urges, as he knows and understands how important his work is as an attendant. He will typically believe nearly anything that is told to him, though he can also be quite good at figuring out when it is a lie, and though he has in his head what he believes are the right answers, he can quickly deduce the truth in certain situations. He outwardly displays a reserved maturity, and can be quite gentlemanly and caring, but can be easily flustered and embarrassed when he discovers he believed wrong about something, or has been tricked. At times he can be a little defensive about pranks, but he's not apt to hold any grudges whatsoever.
Timeline:
Post Persona 3 and 4. He has trouble recalling his memories of Minako and his promise to free her. He is not familiar with Minato Arisato.
History:
Theodore serves as an attendant in the Velvet Room, helping Igor with Persona fusions, keeping track of the Compendium, and serving whatever guests may arrive through a variety of means. He also has a multitude of requests for his own curiosity and to help better his guests in strength and wisdom. He understands much about the arcane arts, though his knowledge of the world beyond these things is quite lacking, especially in any first hand experiences.
A remarkable quest came, in time, however, who inspired him to loosen his curiosities. For the first time, he ventured into the world outside the Velvet Room with Minako Arisawa, and began to see the wonders of the Earth and how expansive it and everything in it truly was. Continuing to spend time with her, however, his interest became more invested in Minako, rather than the world... or perhaps, Minako and the world she lived in, to be more precise.
Still, despite falling in love with her, he was aware that if he continued to pursue his interests in her, rather than tend to his duties as her attendant in the Velvet Room, she would be at a disadvantage, and cut himself off from further journeys beyond the Velvet Room. Yet, after she sacrificed herself to become the Seal, he eventually saw to leaving the Velvet Room, determined to find a way to set her free.
With the latest turn of events, however, Theo no longer possesses any clear memories of Minako, nor any recollection of what it was he was doing outside the Velvet Room, or why. He continues to wander the world, at a loss, yet feeling very strongly about whatever decision he must have made to have prompted him to leave his home and duties. Still, as time wears on, though he realizes vaguely something strange must have occurred, without remembering just what he's "looking for", he is slowly becoming more hopeless, and sometimes returns to the Velvet Room, to his surprise, with little to no reaction from Igor otherwise as to his absence, simply being put to work as usual when he's present.
