Despite that, he's not exactly reasonable by most people's standards. He possesses a very wicked temper that is as explosive as his favored weapons. This temper is usually used on his enemies, although he often grumbles in irritation whenever Chidori piles another task on his already enormous to-do list. Although he appears to be rude and downright snidely to the members of S.E.E.S. (and even to those who request his work on his famed website), he's actually got a sweeter temperament when alone with his team. It's true that he mumbles obscenities under his breath while doing laundry or patching up the hole in the bathroom, but that doesn't mean he doesn't feel appreciated or even needed by his fellow teammates. Jin respects Takaya more than anybody else he has ever met, to the point that even when presented with the notion that he doesn't need to use his persona, he still shuns the very idea in favor of Takaya and his ideal world. Likewise, he is very close to Chidori and values her company and presence--indeed, even loves her. Without Takaya and Chidori in his life, he knows that he could live a normal life. Sometimes, especially after his encounter with Izumi, he wishes that he could taste the freedom of being normal again. However, even when at a crossroads, it is Takaya's steps he will follow in. Even in the face of death. CHARACTER TIME PERIOD: Few moments before death. HISTORY: Little is known of Jin's past, except that he was an orphan culled from the streets of Osaka as a child by a curious and power hungry corporation called the Kirijou Group. As a child, he was used in a variety of experiments in Tartarus to force out the ability to use a Persona and maintain that ability. It is said there were one hundred such people used in these bizarre shadow experiments and that the three members of Strega were the only ones who survived. However, this assumption later proves false when Jin runs into an old friend--Izumi--who was once one of them. While under the thrall of the experiments, Jin thought many times of death and suicide, but was led out of the darkness into the light by the philosophical man known as Takaya Sakaki. That man inspired within Jin the will to live once more and he would follow that man and his dreams to the ends of the earth because of this. His good friend Chidori was also persuaded to live by Takaya and the three bound together into a tight-knit group Takaya would call Strega. Once the three escaped Kirijou Group, they decided to lie low for awhile. However, squatting wasn't ideal and they needed a way to make money. Jin's penchant for technology finally came to use, as he began his own website called Revenge Request, where users could sign in anonymously and request revenge of varying degrees from the group. While Jin would process these requests and the payments via Paypal, all three would participate in the jobs themselves. Most of these jobs were hits and assassinations, although Jin would occasionally take a smaller job on by himself without consulting either Takaya nor Chidori. It was during one such job that Jin ran into an old friend--Izumi--who requested a job of his own; find the person responsible for killing the woman who saved his life two years prior. During his investigation, it became apparent that Shinjiro Aragaki was the killer--although why wasn't yet apparent. Eventually, the battles between Strega and S.E.E.S. escalated and soon they were bringing about the Fall. However, just when their plans seemed to be coming to fruition, just when Takaya would finally see the world that he had dreamed of for years... Jin was defeated in battle. As shadows overtook him, he helped S.E.E.S. climb to the next floor by taking the shadows and himself out with his own grenades... Or did he...? Jin thought he was dead. However, the last thing he remembers is thinking of Takaya and Chidori as a brilliant light overtook him... And then...
