She can be silly at times and, frankly, a bit of a whiny person but she's not all that bad in her real personality, just a lot more vocal and with a variety of attitudes in store of her. In reality, Fuu, despite what everyone claims her to be, is far from being the cheerful and optimistic person that she is. One of the most notable trait that people who never actually know her will notice is that she is an overly-pragmatic person, the type who seems to only take things that what is real and she can perceive and those that are odd or beyond the realm of reality is nothing more than impossible. In short, what she sees she only accepts as real while that she doesn't see or believe would be something otherwise. She is easily freaked out to things that are bizarre and tends to highly comment about it. Unlike her 'cool and spicy' self where her classmates perceive her to be, Fuumika is actually a temperamental kind of a character who is easily angered or freak out by the smallest of outburst (course, in order to save her reputation, she needs to keep her cool around others) and only show this side to those who truly accept her for who she is without rejecting her for it. Sarcasm is also part of who she is especially when things did not go to what she want and she tends to be quite a blunt of a character, especially if she wanted to point things that are obvious for her and for others. Despite these, there are some aspect of her that are genuine for both those who do and do not know her and one of which is her honest character; despite her blunt outburst, Fuumika would only say what is the truth and stay by it no matter what the argument it is. If known better, the female is as quirky as she can get (half of it because of how she freak out on the craziest of things) and will not hesitate to laugh out loud at any jokes (once more breaking the 'cool and spicy' personality that her classmates gave her). She is also a brave character who stand up to what she believes and not backing down no matter what. Overall, Fuumika is just someone who is unsure of her own self and how people will accept her for what she truly is, hence the alter persona she wears within the school premises and beyond. CHARACTER TIME PERIOD: Present Time Period HISTORY: In reality, she's just a humble student who just want to be known for who she is. However, fate decided to play a little trick on her and, instead of letting her be as who she is, they decided that people should interpret her for a little action she did not mean to do and for those expectations they wanted her to do yet she never really gave her hundred-percent approval on it. Indeed, it was a bit of a twisted fate, but who is she to argue about it in the first place? As a young child, Fuumika was already standing behind the shadow of her older brother, who seems to excel a lot in his academic studies. He was a bright and happy child, people adore him and they knew he gave his very best expectations to them even if they didn't ask him for it. To them, he was a good son and a good boy; they knew he will do well and even up till now he always does his best one-hundred and one percent. He's only being himself, she would think, and they knew that if he wants to, he could do better. She never hated him for it, in all honesty, but the fact that everyone look up for him more than the credit that she is suppose to have didn't help her self-esteem a bit. Fuumika tried to do better herself at a young age to let them know that she's also as good as he is; she tried not to have a failing grade and she tried to be a good girl. But no matter how much young Fuumika tried or did, she was only over-shadowed by her older brother's achievements. When she asked him if she could help, he willingly agreed and even told them that it was all her effort that made him achieve something, but they discarded it and still gave him credit (to the sibling's dismay). He only wanted his little sister to be acknowledge as well, and she knew that he is also concern about her esteem, but what can they do since they're just young and not yet in the league of the adults. Nevertheless, their bonds as brother and sister still did not falter and she knew there's someone (asides her parents and her grandmother) who cares for her and knows her for who she is. They told her that she should be who she is and not change no matter what. It was then when they transfer to Port Island that things changed for her. It didn't help more when she seem to manage to do well with her academics but she did seem to find this fine at first. Sadly, however, it didn't take too long before Fuumika realized that she's already doing what they expect her to do, completely forgetting the fact that this is what she is not suppose to be and something she did not want. Sure, she wanted attention and all, but being refer to as someone for who she is not isn't fun at all. The female tried to tell everyone about it but they only thought of her as joking and continued referring her as someone who is cool, calm and collected and someone who is as great- if not greater- than her older brother who graduated in the school with flying colors. No, this is not who she is. Until came the time that Fuumika decided to just forget about telling them about it and just resumed with acting someone she is not, repressing her real self from everyone else. It greatly irritates her if you ask her something that she already knew or that is pretty obvious that a five-year-old could answer. Depending on who you are or where you are varies her answer; when you're her classmate or a schoolmate or know her as one, she would answer with a calm and stern look on her face. However, if you're pretty close to her (that you know her real personality behind that facade of hers) or you don't know her, she tend to twitch her left eye and try her best not to snap back at you. If you met her the first time (without surprising her), she comes off as a cheery and optimistic person. But if you already know her and became friends with her (at the point that she opens up her real personality), then you can say that she's quite a plethora of comically-induced character that she is, though there's a bravery and honesty in her somewhere along with her bad qualities. In fact, most of her bad qualities ARE her real personality; she's just a misunderstood person all-in-all. Despite the fact that she stands in his shadow almost all of her life, Fuumika seem to have a good relationship with her brother.
