Overall Personality:
Skye is a boy who is always active and positive. One wonders what his parents fed him to keep him so energetic. He would always be the first to leap into action and the last to quit. True his amount of energy often cause him to act without thinking but when he does put his brain into things, he yields surprising results. He can be protective much like his sister (and especially around his sister). He is actually very hard to get angry, his positive attitude proving to power against the point of getting angry and sad. In the very rare moment he does get mad though he is HARD to stop.

History:
The younger in a pair of twins born in America. His older sister Raine looked up to her younger brother oddly enough. Skye found nothing wrong with it and found it rather adorable. She did such things as cutting her hair and sometimes stealing his clothes. He never found it a frustration. You mean, how many boys can say that his sister tries to copy him and look up to him despite being older?
Skye did notice that over time Raine start to act more short tempered. This caused Raine to be signed up for martial arts. Skye however thought his sister was having fun with it so he decided to join in to. Though he did notice he seem more use to using his fists and Raine more use to using her feet.
At around middle school, Skye and Raine's family moved to Japan. Raine still had use for martial arts though it seemed to Skye that she was attempting to be a 'normal' girl. After the two graduated middle school and a year of high school Raine decided to transfer herself to Gekkoukan, but Skye was suggested to a school in America, which to Skye sounded like a good idea at the time.
Skye however is not the type to think ahead. Seeing some obvious effects the thought of his absence is having on Raine, he was...more or less concerned for his twin sister that the guilt of leaving her alone would cause him to have cold feet about going to America. Yet he was so sure at the time he was suggested. Skye didn't want to comeback in quote on quote disgrace.
Skye wandered. He can't go to America but he can't go back to his home. However, one noticed his plight. A simple comic book store seller with a strange verbal tic decided to help him after the two became friends. The friend was Black Frost and he more or less gives Skye living accommodations.
Skye decided to disguise himself and watch over his sister. However, he wanted to go to a different local high school, but his room mate accidentally sent the papers to Gekkoukan. Skye however decided not to blame Black Frost. At least he is closer to his sister, though he does pray that his sister doesn't find out he has cold feet.
