Generally, Nadia's clothing is almost utilitarian. Anything too decorative would risk getting damaged from her job working with machines, so she wears comfortable and practical clothing, like boots, tanktops, and jeans. However, she's not at all adverse to dressing up more if the situation calls for it.

Overall Personality:
Highly ambitious, Nadia always puts her all into achieving her goals. She refuses to take no for an answer and simply can't cope with the idea of failure. Every challenge in her way - no matter how small - gets taken to heart and she can very easily allow herself to become consumed in her attempt to get past them. This ties in well with her competitive nature. If it is something she cares about, she has to be the best at doing it and things will be done her way or they're being done incorrectly.All of these traits add up to her being something of a workaholic, she thinks of herself as being married to her job and doesn't often give herself time to relax.
Despite her seriousness in relation to the things she's passionate about, Nadia can be a very fun loving, playful person. Though she doesn't seriously flirt, her personality often seems flirtatious to those who don't know her well. It doesn't take her long to become friendly with someone and she expresses her affection towards people like an older sibling might, through gentle teasing and competition. Sometimes she can take these competitions a bit too seriously or push the teasing a little too far, but she would never intentionally hurt the people she cares about.

History:
Nadia's childhood was fairly uneventful. She was born to demanding but loving parents and grew up in a small town in California with her siblings. She always preferred the rougher play of the local boys to the "typical girl" stuff, so she always tried hard to keep up with and eventually best them in their own games.
When Haruka Sakurazuka came to visit, he became another person she felt the need to prove herself to. Being a friend of her family, these visits would be periodic, the boy always having new stories to tell of places he'd been and things he'd done or seen. Nadia always took these as more challenges of things she had to top and along with other games they'd play, a long standing rivalry developed between the two.
As they matured, the rivalry became more of a friendly one, where the two would push each other rather than just being a struggle to prove who was better. It was this loose rivalry that let Nadia help Haruka through his depression after his accident and the resulting closeness meant that when Haruka moved back to Japan, the two stayed in contact online.
While they were playing an online game together, Haruka mentioned moving out to Iwatodai thanks to his father's connection. Having an interest in Japan fostered by his stories, Nadia made a comment about it sounding like a nice deal. Haruka jokingly asked her to become his roommate and though she'd been joking as well at first, circumstances worked out in their favor and they decided to make the move together.
