They officially made themself known two years ago when they hacked into Kirijo Group files to get information on beings called Shadows, but they could have been lurking or using a different handle before then. Using their “calling card” of an icon with a mask, they’ve been seen on various forums throughout the internet, everywhere from Shoujo anime fansites to MMOs to forums about aliens, but they primarily frequent the THRID HOME BBS. Because many people are not aware of Façade’s trademark, they have been able to continue relatively undetected. They focus primarily on learning about supernatural occurrences, but their intentions are still unclear. There have been several copycats throughout Façade’s activity, but their accounts always disappear before long.
