Hair:
Dyed a pale lavender color, Chizu's hair is extremely long, reaching to her lower back. Occasionally she will wear wigs of different colors to work.
Eyes:
An unusual shade of bright red, from tinted contacts. She has other colors as well, but holds a preference for the red.

Weight:
125. Might have just a bit of extra weight on her frame from the sweets she eats at work.
Clothing Style:
Her work uniform consists of various cosplay outfits - lolita dresses, school uniforms, magical girl costumes - you name it, she probably has it in her wardrobe and wears it in public. She often wears these costumes or various mismatched pieces of them even when she's not at work; her unusual sense of style is enough to turn heads on the street.
At school, she wears a uniform, but not the Gekkoukan uniform. Rather, it is her favorite of the ones she wears for work. It consists of a blue blazer jacket over a white dress shirt, tie and skirt. The look is completed with knee high socks and dress shoes. Click for full body shot.
Extra:
She is almost always seen wearing a pair of rabbit ears and a matching tail, the style of which varies. She swaps out other accessories and even body paint or temporary tattoos from day to day.

Personality:
Chizu has always been a cheerful people-person, one who enjoys meeting people and getting to know them and having fun. She gets lonely easily, so she has a tendency to latch on to people and thinking of them as friends shortly after meeting them.
There is also the part of her personality that was created for her to succeed at her job - the flirty, ditzy side, one that the customers want to see. Acting oblivious and playful, with just the right amount of cute quirks was the surest way to draw people in and keep them coming to see her. At first it was an act and a bit of an exaggeration of the personality traits she already had - she never was particularly clever and really did like to make people happy - but it stayed with her long enough that its bled into life outside of work as well. In fact, it's unclear whether it's even an act for her anymore.

History:
Being born in to a large family, Chizu was always surrounded by her siblings, but lacked the attention and affections of her parents. As such, she grew up to be sociable and friendly, but a bit attention starved.
That meant the man who approached her one day after school, telling her about a place she could work "pretty girls like [her] could be appreciated" struck just the right chord, so she began working at Cafe Chu♥Chu at a relatively young age. It suited her well enough - most of her customers gushed and fawned over her and she had money in her pocket when such a thing was scarce in their household. All she had to do was put on a cute, quirky face that would keep people interested in coming.
Besides that, she had a fairly normal childhood, barring her struggles in school. Noticing that her grades had suffered since she began high school, her parents scraped together enough money to enroll her at Gekkoukan, hoping that better teachers and a more serious environment would help her in her studies.
