His hair is dark brown and wavy, kept at about neck length. If you're getting a look at him starting from head to toe and look closely enough before continuing down, you might see his "collar"; it's made of metal and is pretty big. If it wasn't for his ever-present green scarf, it'd be pretty hard to miss. The collar was a present from his late wife and is where he attaches his voice box. Because of the collar and the scarf, it's nearly impossible to see a scar on his neck-- the restult of his surgery Yasuji's body has some muscle definition, which puts a bit of force behind his attacks without sacrificing speed or agility. It's all hidden away by his layers of clothing, though-- a tan coat over a black long-sleeve shirt and tan slacks, complete with the aforementioned scarf; His feet are the least covered since he wears geta almost throughout the year, the exception being the colder seasons which call for his old steel-toed boots. Despite his build, Yasuji might look to be a little on the thin side, mostly because of his face; his eyes, tend look a little sunken and often show dark circles under them due to the many restless nights Yasuji goes through. This can sometimes give him a depressive look, which he doesn't help in waving off, given his quiet nature and serious expressions.
