Under the Shiro household, it was a simple and loving household. He grew playing with his cousins and had a very happy childhood. His father would teach him his morals and manners while Chizuru used her...unique methods to teach him discipline. Over all, it is no wonder that Ringo turned out to be the way he is. When Ringo started middle school, Chizuru managed to get herself in a minor accident that landed her in the hospital to get treatment. While Ringo was there, he met and visited a bed ridden girl by the name of Ren Ai. The girl was very kind hearted but looked lonely thus, even though he has no reason, he visited her and eventually formed a friendship with her. Ai's kind heart would further shape Ringo's behavior, despite being bed ridden, she would often be more concerned with Ringo's safety and apologize for eating up his time, even though Ringo insists that he doesn't mind visiting Ai. He even gives her some books and such from time to time. Those peaceful days did not last forever. After Ringo's graduation from middle school, Ai's condition turned for the worst. Her limited number of days were finally drawing to a close. Even so, she still kept a smile and tried to appease Ringo's worry. Eventually, she would pass away while Ringo was visiting her. The boy would forever remember the cold feeling of her lifeless body and the smile on her face. Ringo now visits her grave every day during the late afternoon. He would clean her grave and the other graves when he has the time. It has gotten to the point where the numerous locals of the shrine often see him, concerned that a high schooler would spend this much time at the grave yards. But Ringo did not care. He would tend to Ai the best he can. His visits to her even after death. Ringo now starts his first year of high school. His parents and cousins hope things improve for the boy but so far they are no signs of improvements. The path that is set before the boy is ambiguous and unknown.
