Physical Description:
Delilah is a statuesque brunette standing at 6'1. She is physically beautiful with soft features adorning a heart-shaped face made of porcelain. Beautiful peridot eyes manage to draw the gaze of others who look in her general direction almost as if a charm spell is cast from her very existence. Drawing from those soul stealing eyes of hers is a small, sharp but ultimately cute button of a nose situated ever so precariously it draws one downward from Delilah's eyes to the true sin of her body, her soft full pink lips. Full a delightful, her lips are near constantly placed within a demur smile never truly extending beyond something akin to the mona lisa, their richness draws even more intensely than her eyes and each word formed from it is like an arrow crafted for cupid's bow if one wasn't careful their soul and most definitely their heart would be sucked right in as they watched her speak.
These facial features of hers are complimented by her dark brown hair which lays as a Paige cut in a kind of gentle chaos around her, not orderly and yet at the same time beautifully crafted as if there was method amongst the madness. Body wise she lays right above the body type of lithe, beautifully carved as if she were made by Pygmalion herself. Though she had no outstanding features, her bust modest and hips were merely fair the culmination of her was a sight to behold and had a beauty that could only have been crafted by nature itself.
In regards to her attire, Delilah tends to wear simple black dresses and stilettos, not too revealing but enough for one's imagination to run wild at what lies beneath, she finds it an effective tool for her trade and wonderfully teasing in all other walks of life. She is not adverse however to wearing more unique fashion and has been known to wear clothing that at best could be called right out of Harajuku which is additionally astonishing due to her European origins.
I won’t forget those days that I spent with everyone precious to me
Never more, will I be alone even in the darkness

Overall Personality:
Delilah is, strictly speaking, an uncaring individual. Friends, Clients, coworkers, business partners, they're all, for her intents and purposes, Assets, useable important for some reason or another and easily discarded. She sees life as a gamble, high risks and varying returns, this outlook has lead her to treat her fellow species as nothing more than an elaborate deck of cards. She folds them, manipulates and is willing to bluff if necessary. While on the interior she is honestly a soulless husk her exterior gives way to a persona of light welcoming warmth. Her demur features and soft spoken tone gives her a motherly air which aids her greatly in fooling and controlling others.
While her controlling nature is a prominent part of her person, it is by no means her only talent and hardly defines her ego. To ensure her own survival and prosperity she must be keen in all aspects and as such she sees value in everything as there are realistically things she is not capable of but others certainly are. Even if she holds no human in the same regard as other people would, she can see the value, the hidden talent, the exploitable factor in every person she meets. It is however this same personality that leads to a disregard of persons, they are only as good as their value warrants at any particular moment. She has no qualms with getting rid of assets that become liabilities or even assets that only have a short term gain.
Delilah's facade is by no means impeccable, while she can keep the facade of a kind woman up for most everyone, those that she deems a liability see the true face of this woman. Cold and uncaring, devoid of expression, joy, hatred, sadness. Like a blank slate when she deems them unworthy and sees that their use and likely their life ends they see the truth. A person that lacks empathy or respect. It is hard to tell if she even holds her life to any significant regard. If she was mentally diagnosed, she would not in the slightest bit be surprised that she was a sociopath, in fact she very much believes she is, but it matters little, after all what are flames to the devil?
I will find it, that precious thing that I lost
Never more, because I’m sure your voice will guide me

History:
The story begins some 16 years prior in Rutland England. Prior to that point, a girl named Ashley Langley lived a simple carefree life. The daughter of a steelmill worker and a waitress, they weren't the most well off but they had what they needed and were content, well save for dear sweet ashley and her want for adventure and curiosity that would kill a cat nine times over. Ashley wasn't a tomboy nor was she a girly girl, she was just one of the normal kind with a bit of a distinct lean to wander and see new places, some where she had no good reason being. It was this sense of wanderlust that would ultimately lead to her ruin, though Delilah does not blame herself for what took place, no child should be.
The true story began on a cool spring morning, whether it was april or may is lost to her but she can remember the scent of rain and fresh flowers. Memories permeate her mind of a young lady that the girls of her city called Toffee. She was sweet and tended to stick to those she was liked by which happened to be many girls Ashley's age. Now Toffee was the type to tell wild stories and take the girls on interesting adventures through the cities underbelly and no one would bother them because they were with Toffee. But a price came with being toffee and she paid it, with the lives of others. Unfortunately for Ashley on that wet spring morning Toffee needed to pay up for her frivolity and life style and she was all that was on hand. You see Toffee is what people call a honeypot, some would say she is the worst of any of the sextrade a woman who lures young girls to a cruel fate in exchange for a standard of living well beyond her means, the devil that pays the toll of the river styx with the souls of others. Now she can't remember the exchange quite clearly, it was supposed to be a journey to a rather interesting candy shop downtown but from there things get blurry, thinking back now it was likely chloroform that did the trick. She does remembers the result of that oh so innocent trip, a small dank room, no light shone in and no sound echoed out, she was alone, stripped of her freedom and ripped from her family. Did they search for her? Oh most definitely, Delilah found that out some years later but they searched, high and low but to no avail, for in that region when people want you gone, you stay gone .
She doesn't know how many hours or even days she spent in that room but she remembers when it opened, she doubts she'll ever forget when it opened. He was big and hoggish, a smile that could turn mountain water to crude oil and hands that knew not how to love a woman only to take what they desired. And that is what they did. He took from her what had made her innocent what had been the cornerstone of the innocent girl named Ashley. Delilah knows that Ashley didn't die on that day, but the damage was done and the noose was secured firmly around her neck.
She never got used to it, she doubts that she ever would, not at least for a long time but she grimaced and bear with it. First it was one man, then two, and then three. Up until fifteen a day, and she had no rights, no sunlight she was a commodity to be used if she did not cooperate, like the other girls, abused. Ashley endured that pain, she endured it for seven long years, with hope and belief that she could escape. She may have been covered in filth but there was a way, a way to climb out. That's what she believed, until one day in a country she's rather certain now was called Bangladesh that that hope was crushed. It wasn’t crushed with grime and filth, no it was crushed by the very hope she had desired. She had built up a notion a belief that where she was, was the very belly of villainy and yet when she was released to the day for the first time she wasn't greeted by a world torn asunder and made, no rather she was greeted with beauty, a pristine near faultless world of majesty. Her soul so weak couldn't bear it, it couldn't accept that she was subject to hell in the very bosom of paradise. At the age of Nineteen, Ashley Langley died a beautiful death, a soul crush by the warming light of sunrise.
Fast-forward some four months and one would find the young woman Delilah, not at all that different from Toffee and yet she was more, with the loss of her soul came an understanding of the world. Whispers and favors, teasing and deals she had done just as Toffee had did with many girls after her, but she went beyond, she was not content to merely live beyond the life she had been dealt but to subvert it, and in time she would. A little bargain her a bit of sleeping there an rumor or two and two years later she was in Amsterdam running a quaint little brothel that had all but lost its owner to unfortunate circumstances that Delilah was all but willing to make happen.
Now Delilah, 21 was a madam and like a Madam she had become a mother rather than a slave driver, she cared and comforted her girls, she used them efficiently and with thought, though there was no genuine love. While they may have cared for Delilah, to her they were just cattle for the slaughter and surely enough when time had come and well enough had been given she had betrayed each in turn and left them to be crucified.
That is not to say that Delilah's life was perfection from that point onwards, she had fallen into bad moments nearly as much as she had gained good and she can't help but remember her last situation just before coming to japan. Bound and gagged a woman of use and nothing more, she had no clients only a toll and fee in the underside of the Philippines, but she persevered and she crawled out of the filth yet again but not before experiencing death of another by her own hands. It was... uneventful, she thought the moment she saw their soul would be the moment when she might grasp her humanity once more and yet there was nothing. She stabbed him and he bled and then he died. It was mechanic, hollow just as she was, she could do it again and again, but nothing would come of it just like everything before. It was merely another tool she saw one that at the time had granted her the freedom she desired.
Now in Japan she is willing to reclaim the status she had a few years prior, a top a world of lust and if needs be, corpses. Delilah has been alive for eight years now and she knows that the depraved can get far. After all, if men are wicked, then women are Delilah.

Arcana:
Devil - Delilah is trapped and likely will never break out of her belief that the world is of no worth other than to empower every few steps. She is steadfast in her interpretation of humanity and herself and as a result has become a slave to her own philosophy. She so tightened and unbending has lost what it means to know her humanity and ultimately represents the worst aspects of the Tarot. Whether these beliefs can be broken has yet to be determined but there is little chance that kind of scenario will ever come to fruition.
Persona:
Lorelai, this spirit of the river Rhine has many myths and origins to it most of ill connotation of leading sailors to their death though just like Delilah, Lorelai was an individual whose beginning were far more innocent, a spirit of fortune and purity it was twisted by the very nature of the Rhine that had become a hazard to people around it. Where there was once a being of good will now sits a witch of enchanting deception and omen.
