ARCANA
The arcana which reveals his other self is Temperance. However, this boy represents the 'reversed' aspects of the arcana moreso than when facing in the standard, upright position. One of the aspects of the reversed Temperance, indulgence in one way of life, describes Tomo's habit of remaining by himself on a constant, daily basis. He doesn't think of doing much else aside from how he's lived the past years of his life. Although it coincides with him isolating himself, Tomo also shows signs of not really wanting to understand other people, having the habit of labeling people as scary or downright frightening to him. Because of all of these things combined, he is unable to discover a way to be happy for himself and others. Can he really tip the scales to promote a healthy, balanced life? Whatever it takes, it will take one opposite of himself to achieve his own harmony.

PERSONA:
Tiddalik, a mythological frog in Aboriginal Australian mythology. This frog was a figure that existed within the Dreamtime, and the largest frog ever known. One day he awoke with a heavy thirst, and promptly drank all of the fresh water in the world. This caused creatures to begin dying, with plants wilting as a result of this thirst as well. The animals began to think as to how to get the water out of Tiddalik, until a wise wombat declared that if they were to get the frog to laugh, the water would begin to flow out of Tiddalik's mouth. However, the animals tried in vain to get the frog to laugh. Nothing seemed to work until an eel named Nabunum gave his own attempt at humor.

By twisting himself in various ways, the eel caused Tiddalik to finally laugh, with the water pouring out of the frog's mouth. He laughed so much that all the water returned to its natural place.
