Koromaru looks quite a bit different than he did during his old days with SEES, notably his sudden change in species. Koromaru is no longer an animal, instead he is a young, lithe, athletic 15 year old man with unkept white hair and vibrant red eyes. His skin is pale, since most of the time his skin was covered with white fur. He does not retain any of his doglike traits except for his remarkable agility, but that was attained through rigorous training during his adventures with Minato and the rest of SEES. Koromaru's nails are about half an inch past his finger tips, and filed down to look more like claws than anything.

As for his attire, he predominantly wears white breezy clothing, like gym shorts and wife beaters. Though he prefers not to wear clothes, since he finds it restricting as he solely wore clothes during his dog days as armor, but now doesn't see a point to wearing clothes. However, he is intelligent enough to know that walking around naked could be considered rude and "uncivilized", so he is always seen wearing clothes...outside of his dorm room. But despite this, he is always wearing his collar evoker, prefering it to the standard gun shaped evokers used by SEES.[/style]

OVERALL PERSONALITY:
Koro-chan has not changed very much from his jump into a human body. He is still quite loyal to his friends, and is very empathetic towards others, knowing when he should stay and help a friend who is in trouble, or leave them alone so that they can have some space. While he does have a bit of a simplistic mind in regards to manners, Koromaru is a very kind and surprisingly intelligent young man, due in part to being raised by a wise monk since birth.

Koromaru can tend to be a bit reckless during combat, his energetic and kind hearted spirit utterly getting the better of him. He wants to end conflicts quickly, so that there won't be a risk of his friends getting hurt any more than they already have. He can also be a bit rash outside of battle, but it is much more subdued, as his patience and loyalty to his friends is his most commendable feature. Koro-chan is also a massive fan of heroes, especially those grounded in real life, as his favorite TV show is "The True Battles of Real Men".

Koromaru's mental defenses are also something to be admired, as nothing seems to get this kid down. Even if something does manage to get past his walls, he doesn't have any sort of mental or emotional breakdown, and instead gradually deals with the pain instead of letting it all out at once.

Koromaru Shiba comes from the modern era.

HISTORY:
Koromaru was once a white furred Shiba-Inu who lived with an old monk at Naganaki Shrine. Koromaru spent most of his dog years with this master, but unfortunately, the monk was killed in an accident. The death of the monk tore a hole in the dog's heart, the now stray shiba-inu constantly waiting in vain hope that his master would return, deluding himself that he was still alive, even as the months passed by. One night, Koromaru was attacked by a shadow during the dark hour, but he was able to fend it off, willing to give his life to protect the shrine that his deceased master had loved so dearly. Afterwards, Koromaru was entered into SEES after being discovered and ultimately saved by Akihiko Sanada and Mitsuru Kirijo. During the year long fight against the Dark Hour and the shadows, Koromaru grew closer and closer to his allies, seeing them more as his family, rather than his friends, and, upon Nyx's defeat, would howl occasionally to mourn Minato Arisato, who had given up his soul to protect humanity from Nyx.

After discovering the truth, Koromaru was taken in by Junpei, but only briefly, for the time conundrum started soon after. Koromaru couldn't quite understand at first, as he had suddenly shifted into a human being upon being transferred, and as he searches for his friends amidst this chaos, he wonders if they will even be able to recognize him in his current state.

Koromaru's Arcana is that of Power, which relates to the young man's strong willpower and his mental strength. Of course, Koromaru is no pushover in terms of pure strength, but he looks past this and instead sees how he could use his strength to help others. Koromaru is a very warm hearted, gentle man, a trait that carried over from his previous experience as a dog. Not only that, but while he does tend to act like a dog, he shows great restraint when around others, doing his best not to draw too much attention to his odd behavior, all while trying to become more human in the process. After all of the experiences that Koro-chan has been through, after all of the fights and hardships he's been in, to say that he is not courageous would be a lie. Koromaru is a man who fears nothing but fear itself, willing to fight against the odds if it is to save a friend or protect something important to him.

PERSONA:
Cerberus is the guardian of the gates of the underworld, a three headed dog like beast that would tear asunder any mortal who would dare try to enter. Ever loyal to his master, Cerberus shares Koromaru's undying loyalty, and is dedicated to protecting what is important to them, no matter how daunting the task may be. However, Cerberus is gentle and kind to the spirits seeking passage into the underworld, and it could be interpreted that Cerberus is also guarding the spirits within the underworld from any harmful mortals that may try to harm the souls within. This gentle side of Cerberus could be linked to Koromaru's empathy towards others, as the once canine teenager will gladly sit down and listen to others problems, and will try to comfort them in any way he can.
