HISTORY:
Kumiko was given up for adoption when she was born, but she was sadly never adopted. She didn't view socializing with the other orphans as a high priority, instead preferring to be alone. One night, when she was just seven, she was woken by the sounds of footsteps. Getting out of bed, Kumiko walked to where the sounds were coming from, only to find...nothing. As she stood there, completely puzzled, a stack of books sitting on a nearby table suddenly fell to the floor without any explainable cause. This intrigued Kumiko more than it did scare her. After asking around, she learned that the orphanage was rumored to be haunted by the ghost of a boy who drowned in the pond near the orphanage. Kumiko began to investigate these rumors, reading various occult tomes and internet articles. She also set up a blog called 'Ghostbreak', to compile her research notes.
