Personality:
Rie is very excitable and enjoys hanging out with friends but she doesn't have many due to her being cripplingly shy. She tries to make friends but usually doesn't have the guts to talk, she cane be a bit of a loner too. Usually she'll be day dreaming about some strange fantasy no else would understand. She has a hard time letting people in and tries to stay at a safe distance emotionally.

History:
Rie is relatively new to the area and she just wants to fit in, she has a bit of a hard time though. She came here only a year ago and still doesn't know her way around very well. One night she had been walking home from school, it was her first week of going to Gekkoukan and she noticed something odd going on. People she saw in Ally's started to run away from something. She brushed it off and just went home.
After that night she had started to notice more and more strange things happening and they all had something in common. They all happened late at night. She really hadn't thought about it but sometimes she noticed how other people seemed to not even notice what was going on. That had sparked her interest and she decided to look into it, not knowing what she was about to get herself into.
