I'm a pretty likable guy. I usually make friends easily because I'm easy to get along with.
While that much is true, there's a bit more to Kenji. He is very self-confident; maybe a little too much, since he ends up getting ahead of himself because of this. He tends to get bored of his monotonous and simple life, but it's really nothing hanging out with friends can't cure. He might be a bit out of it, getting ahead of himself and deducing the wrong things, but he's a generally nice guy. He's a loyal friend, has a healthy sense of humor and is a bit of a joker! He still needs to grow, to realize that things are not always as they seem and not everything that shines is made of gold, but his will to grow and zest for life are sure to help him find the right path.

Kenji has lived a fairly normal life for the last seventeen years. Born to a salary man and a office lady-turned-house wife, he was raised in a typically healthy environment. He was fairly popular in elementary and middle school because of his outgoing personality. He was a kind of "go to" guy whenever someone had to talk to a teacher or confess to a fellow classmate; he was everyone's wingman.
No more than a year ago, Kenji found himself in a pretty unusual situation: because of his liking to older women, he developed a crush on a teacher at Gekkoukan, Emiri Kanou. Unfortunately, Kanou-sensei didn't reciprocate Kenji's feelings. This didn't stop him from thinking she did, however, and it came as a hard blow when he found out the truth. Thanks to his buddy and classmate, Minato Arisato, he was able to deal with the situation and plans to grow from this experience.
